Acustom is happy to alter your garments up to 21 days after they have been received. Should you have any fit issues, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 21 days of receiving your order. Garments that have been received IN STORE for more than 120 days are NOT eligible for free alterations or remakes.
**Alterations to previously approved garments will not be covered under this policy. Only the adjustments to the first type of each garment will be reimbursed.
The goal here at Acustom Apparel is to secure your wardrobe needs for life, which is precisely why we offer the *Fit Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the fit of an item within 21 days of pick-up or delivery, after tailoring, please send your order back to the store for an Acustom review. If fit issues arise due to a change in body measurements, Acustom is happy to review the order for solutions, however if the order is past the 21 day *Fit Guarantee, Acustom will not be responsible for the cost of alterations.
We are happy to receive returns of improperly fitted and unworn item(s) within 14 days of your purchase for store credit. Articles purchased with a gift card/gift certificate, may also receive a store credit. Due to the bespoke nature, Acustom Apparel does not offer monetary refunds.
Notice any fit or quality issues with your order? Our *Fit Guarantee promises to remake or reorder items if either of the above are unsatisfactory. This does not include issues of preferential dissatisfaction (i.e., fabric color, fabric feel). Due to limited fabric stock, some fabrics may be unavailable for reorder or remake.
Are you unable to pick-up your order? You can have it shipped! Speak to one of our stylists if purchasing in-store and s/he will have your garments shipped directly to your home/office for a small delivery fee. Delivery schedules are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen events.
*We do not cover shipping costs for returns or remakes.
We value your privacy, which is why we would never share your personal fit information with any 3rd parties. To that end, we do not print, forward or keep 3D scan information in-store, it is immediately sent to to the factory for your garments to be made.
*All issues mentioned in the fit guarantee are subject to review by the Acustom Apparel team. Acustom Apparel reserves the right to deny any remakes/reorders/returns after fair review.
