Before we meet
A few useful answers.
Can I start with a video chat?
Absolutely. A video chat is a good place to ask questions and discuss what you have in mind. Your first fitting assessment takes place in person at our Soho shop. Once we have your fit profile, you can order online or arrange a remote appointment.
How does your fit guarantee work?
We stand behind the fit of every garment we make. If there’s a fit issue, we’ll alter or remake the garment to address it. Our master tailor is on-site to assess the fit and make adjustments. Read our full fit guarantee.
What if I’m difficult to fit?
We combine trial garments, measurements, posture assessment, and a conversation about how you want your clothes to feel. Our on-site master tailor can make fit adjustments to the garments we create for you.
How much do the clothes cost?
Pricing depends on the garment and fabric you choose. Explore the collection for current prices, or bring your budget and ideas to your appointment.
How long does an order take?
Delivery typically takes 3–5 weeks after ordering, depending on the fabric. For your first purchase, plan to return to the shop for a fitting and review. If you have an event date in mind, let us know when we meet.
Can you alter clothing I already own?
Our tailoring service is reserved for garments made by Acustom. We don’t offer alterations on clothing from other makers.
